Have you always admired the distinct posture, the beauty and grace of classical ballet dancers? Now you can stay in shape with similar exercises.

 

   
   
   

 

Physical exercising with ballet is a new fitness trend and the name says it all. Training, which combines dancing and athletics, uses some movements of classical ballet as well as Pilates, Yoga and intense Stretching elements. The result promises firm muscles, an excellent posture and better body perception. What is nice about Ballett Workout is that it requires no previous experience to participate, no ballet shoes with tips and no ballet dress. Comfortable sport attire, gym shoes and the desire for dancing and music are more than enough. 

Look out for exercises for beginners 

Ask whether your local gym has courses of different levels. Whoever has never tried Yoga or Pilates should start with the beginner's course. Be careful of false ambitions: everybody is different so it is important to know your limits and to accept them. Naturally when doing the exercises you have to pay attention to some basic rules: keep your shoulders relaxed downwards and imagine to extend your body vertically. Tighten your buttocks well; pull your belly in and your chest out! Keep your feet well rooted on the ground. Keep your pelvis still and try not to fall. Your hips should always remain parallel.
